St. Matthew’s is seeking to employ a passionate Christian with the gifts to lead and develop our ministry amongst children and young people.
- You will have the enthusiasm and enterprise to co-ordinate and lead the church’s current work with children and young people, as well as the creativity and vision to develop your own initiatives.
- You will have experience of working in the 0–11 yr. old environment (some experience with 11+ is desirable) with a demonstrable ability to communicate and inspire.
- You will be able to motivate, lead and develop volunteers.
- You will be seeking to develop your own skills and abilities.
- You will have received appropriate training for this role.
