Easter Choir

As Easter approaches and the spring sunshine comes through, isn’t it wonderful how everything comes to life at this time of year?

Henry van Dyke puts it well: “Hearts unfold like flowers before thee, opening to the sun above.” Our prayer is that this will be increasingly true for each one of us.

Easter Sunday is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all that Jesus has done for us and to share that great gospel with others who may not usually come along to St Matthew’s.

Whether you’re in our regular choir or worship teams or not, it would be lovely to have you join us to sing. This is an opportunity for as many as possible to join us in worshipping Jesus in song. Anyone and everyone can be involved, so don’t worry if you’re not used to singing at the front.

As this is such a busy time of the year, we will have just 2 short rehearsals, the first after the 10.30 service this coming Sunday 9th and another at 9.15 on Easter morning.
