We are a group of Senior Citizens who meet for friendship, encouragement and support most Thursday afternoons, between 2.00pm and 4.00pm, in St. Matthew’s Church Hall, Clare Road, Kingsdown. Some of us are members of St. Matthew’s Church, others live in the Parish of St. Matthew and St. Nathanael or adjacent to it.
For our entertainment, there is a varied programme of speakers, events, activities and outings. In addition, there is always time for a chat, a laugh or two, a cup of tea and cakes.
We do not ask for any commitment other than that we serve one another as best we can with the help of God. If you know of someone whom you think would enjoy coming to Tea and Chat, please do invite them. If necessary, transport can be arranged.
